The following footage was recovered from a DVD that appeared spontaneously in Dr. Manferd's office.
[BEGIN LOG]
The footage opens to Dr. Maslov T. Manferd preparing to leave Site-470 after the end of his shift. Through a window, the night sky is seen. Maslov waves goodbye to his coworker.
Maslov: (Laughs) Haha, alright, whatever man. I'll see—
Maslov turns around and blinks twice as he is no longer at Site-470, instead he is standing on the front porch of a suburban home. He looks around in confusion and raises a hand to block the sun, now clearly located in the middle of the sky.
Maslov: Ah, okay, that's not how that usually happens.
He turns around examine the home.
Masloiv: My childhood home. Wasn't expecting that tonight. Or, today? I guess. I—
His speech trails off as he notices a car pulls up to the home and slows to a stop. The left-side passengers door opens, despite the car being empty.
Maslov: (In a higher pitch) Oh. Okay.
He slowly approaches the car and examines it. After a few minutes, he enters it and closes the door. Within the car, a middle-aged woman's voice can be faintly heard constantly repeating "the hospital".
The car begins driving away. In the rearview mirror, a semi-truck is visible and begins following it, although Maslov does not seem to notice.
