Selachian Pugnātorial Capabilities: Cooperation with SPC-CN-1997's primary Selachian Pugilism Agency, the Zhongjian, is and will continue to expand the Centre's pugilism knowledge and capabilities.

Project Components: SPC-CN-1997 refers to a parallel universe adjacent to baseline reality. Its approach towards baseline reality between the 1950s and 1970s is thought to be the reason for increased Sharkic activity in the waters around the Jianese Federation. There is currently no way to enter SPC-CN-1997 except through SPC-CN-1997-1.

SPC-CN-1997's atmosphere is largely identical to baseline reality, however, it has a large amount of pulverizing radiation.¹ Humans from SPC-CN-1997 are resilient to this radiation and, using a specialized organ, can absorb it and induce it to gain thaumaturgical abilities. The Zhongjian has developed a substantial amount of pugilistic techniques using these abilities.²
